Mary Soon Lee's Speculative Fiction Writing site is an excellent resource for anyone interested in that genre. In addition to including information about the basics of submitting manuscripts, Soon Lee also maintains a list of speculative fiction markets for writers, categorized by pay rate. I'm also a fan of her Mailbox Blues weblog.
I really want to meet this woman.
